Stanley Wunderlich – Principle

The founding partner of LAUNCHPAD, Mr. Wunderlich brings to his clients nearly 40 years of experience in Wall Street activities. A specialist in corporate development and the formation of triangular reverse mergers, he has participated in numerous initial public offerings, private placements of equities and institutional private equity offerings. Mr. Wunderlich helped launch two previous investment banking firms, the Renaissance Group and Krieger, Wunderlich, Fialkov, Scheinman & Company. He has also served as Managing Director of J.T. Moran & Co., as a Registered Principal at Dunhill Equities, and as Managing Director at Robert Todd Financial. He is noted for the close relationships he has forged with key brokers/dealers, venture capitalists, institutional investors, research analysts, media personnel and other global private equity source.

Listed in Who’s Who in Executive Management, Mr. Wunderlich is a former member of LIFT (Long Island Forum for Technology) and a former member of the American Stock Exchange Arbitration Panel. He holds a B.A., L.L.B. and most major credits toward his M.B.A. in Executive Management. A proud former member of the United States Marine Corps, he is a two-time “Ironman” World Championship finisher.

Bob Giordano – Principle

Bob’s career in the financial services industry spans 35 Plus years and encompasses all aspects of the capital markets. A lawyer by original training, he began his career in an SEC specialty law firm. He left the law to begin a career as a broker at Bache &Co before moving into retail and institutional sales management. He performed in a similar capacity at Drexel Burnham & Co. and at Josephthal & Co.
Bob then transitioned to a career in investor relations with a focus on emerging small cap life sciences and mineral resource companies as a partner with KCSA. Bob then founded his own boutique investor relations firm, ROI group, again with an emphasis on early stage, emerging companies, principally in the life sciences and mineral resource sectors. At ROI, he facilitated a number of capital introductions for the firm’s clients resulting in over $100 million of financings by recognized investment banks, including Jesup & Lamont.
 He sold ROI to his partner and joined Jesup & Lamont to head up that firms Life Science Banking Practice. Subsequent to the dissolution of Jesup &Lamont, Bob Joined EKN Financial Services as head of Investment Banking where he continues to work on behalf of promising early stage companies, principally in the mineral resource and Life science sector.   

Bob holds a BA from St. John's University, an LLB from St. John's University Law School, and a Series 7 Securities License.

Bonnie Barrett Stretch

Ms. Stretch brings extensive experience in strategic corporate communications, positioning companies and clarifying their growth potential to the investor community. Her clients have ranged from financial services companies, telecom associations and emerging technology businesses to healthcare organizations, consumer goods and services, fine arts organizations and publishing. An active member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), she has won numerous awards for editorial excellence and holds a Masters in Journalism from Columbia University.

Adam Brooks

Mr. Brooks comes to LAUNCHPAD with a strong background in management, finance and technology. Prior to joining the Company he served as Vice President, Financial Advisor and Regional Technology Coordinator for Morgan Stanley, New York, where he co-managed a $100 million financial portfolio for non-institutional clients. As Regional Technology Coordinator for the Northeast Division of Morgan Stanley, he trained executives and employees throughout the region in the use of proprietary and non-proprietary software and technology applications. In addition, he was responsible for leading over 1500 sales and marketing employees to increase productivity and revenue. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, New York.

Erika Kay

Erika Kay joined LAUNCHPAD after serving as a Vice President at KCSA Worldwide.  Working at KCSA for over 10 years, she managed both the investor relations and public relations activities for companies ranging from micro to large cap in all industry sectors.  Also while at KCSA, Erika headed up the Amex IR Alliance to deliver comprehensive investor relations programs to all companies listed on the American Stock Exchange.  Prior to joining KCSA, Erika worked at Morgan Stanley within the Insurance Operations division as a Project Manager.

Marisa Leigh brings her strong background in healthcare, journalism, public relations, fine arts and marketing to Launchpad. Over the past few years, she has written extensively for newspapers, online journals and magazines throughout the U.S. and has covered various topics, including: healthcare, politics, medicine, religion, and social, national and international issues. In addition to currently being an editor at one of South Florida’s newspapers, she also ghostwrites for authors, and specializes in press releases and marketing for businesses. She majored in Chemistry and minored in English at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
